Hi,
we should get the mpegtsparse element moved into the mpegdemux plugin. Reasons
for this are:
a) mpegtsparse is really small and having two shared objects loaded is worse
than having one slightly smaller one loaded
b) mpegtsparse has some code that was relicensed from the fluendo ts demuxer
some months ago already and which is in the mpegdemux plugin
