GST_TAG_ALBUM_VOLUME_NUMBER is put into the DISCNUMBER field and GST_TAG_DATE
into the DATE field.

We currently don't have a gstreamer tag that describes just the year so this
should be fine. Also the vorbiscomment spec doesn't specify a YEAR field, just
the DATE field, thus I'm closing this bug as WONTFIX.

If you disagree feel free to reopen it though :)
