GStreamer | gst-plugins-bad | Ver: HEAD CVS
Summary: [mpeg ts demuxer] Doesn't support seeking and duration
reporting
Product: GStreamer
Version: HEAD CVS
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-bad
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
ReportedBy: bilboed at gmail.com
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
GNOME version: Unspecified
GNOME milestone: Unspecified
The new mpeg ts demuxer doesn't support either seeking or duration reporting.
Considering virtually all contents from modern cameras (whether
tape/disk/dvd/flash based) are stored in mpeg-ts ... I guess it's somewhat
essential to be able to have that feature :)
