It's not unreasonable to fail when you specify an incomplete capsfilter so I'm
happy with this. Theoretically, the depayloader should fail if there is no
payload type set either, don't know why it does not fail...

Another option is to remove the remaining unfixed properties from the caps in
capsfilter?
