Hrm, quite old this bug. Sorry noone ever got around to looking at this.

This means you're using gst-ffmpeg compiled against an external ffmpeg copy,
which is something we do not support (with the exception of certain approved
released ffmpeg versions).

Also, there's a GStreamer-native qtmux element now, I'd suggest you try again
with that if you're still interested in transcoding.

Closing as OBSOLETE for now, please re-open or file a new bug if you still have
trouble with recent versions of GStremer and qtmux.
