This is a buffer overflow in soundtouch's BPM detection library:
in ::inputSamples() it calles decimate() with a destination array of a fixed
size but unfortunately it writes numSamples into this destination array. This
breaks the stack and everything for large input buffers ;)
I've contacted the author and will workaround it in the GStreamer element
later...
