I built 0.q0.21.4 gst-plugins-base with libtool 1.5.22 today on Solaris. There
were some other compile warnings there, but it generally built fine.

I did see errors like yours recently though, after Makefile.am changes in
gst-libs caused autotools to try and recreate the makefiles automatically.

In that case, I re-autogen'd (because I was in CVS), and it went away, which
seems to be the opposite of what's happened to you.
