gst-inspect wavparse output

Looks like it's installed.

I have noticed that if I hit refresh after a file has failed to play, it will
play without errors. Perhaps this is more likely to be the totem mozilla
plugin's bug... I don't know enough about the gstreamer/totem/mozilla
interactions to say. :)
