What are the current plans for this? IMHO there's nothing wrong with accepting
cdda:///dev/cdrom0#track17 kind of URIs. As Ross already said, if the device
name contains a # it needs to be escaped so that's no problem either.

Adding support for this will only bring advantages, we should do it! Any other
oppinions?
