The current caps used for the ATRAC3 are the wrong ones according to all other
available plugins that are able to output that codec.

riff (used by avidemux, wavparse, asfdemux): audio/x-vnd.sony.atrac3
rmdemux : audio/x-vnd.sony.atrac3

We need to change this !
