Please describe the problem:
when supplying a certain srt suburi with a playbin2, playback doesn't start

Steps to reproduce:
1. gst-launch playbin2 uri=file:///media/hdd/movie/mkv/artehd_2lang.mkv
suburi=file:///media/hdd/movie/mkv/artehd_2lang.srt

Other information:
the problem is specific to this subtitle file
it's in german language and has special characters
codepage is 8859-15
actual subtitle file to be uploaded...
