The unstable warning has been in the decodebin2 API docs ever since it was
introduced, but in fact the API hasn't changed.

At this point, I don't think it will, and I've be meaning to discuss with the
rest of the team removing the warning from the 0.10.23 release.

I think it's unlikely anyone will be fixing decodebin(1) at this stage.
