Steps to reproduce:
1. use gst_element_send_event to send gst_event_new_eos to force to end the
stream
2. Sometimes get an error and sometimes doesn't do nothing

Stack trace:
I try to use gst_event_new_eos to force to end the stream, it works in all
video formats i try, but in wmv i get errors or do nothing.
