libvisual plugin for gst-plugins-gl

This more or less works. Haven't really tested with projectM as it seems to
fall back to software rendering on this machine, and all the other libvisual GL
plugins are fairly boring.

Obvious problems: shares 80% of its code with the libvisual plugin in -base,
does awful hackery with GL matrices to give the libvisual actor the rendering
state it expects.
