Hi satish! Thanks for your bug report.

Generally it's best to file bugs with your distro, so in this case in the
ubuntu bug tracker (ie. launchpad) - but since you're using an old version of
ubuntu you might want to try a newer version first.

This particular bug has, to the best of my knowledge, been resolved ages ago,
so it should be fixed in newer ubuntu versions.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but
we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be
solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software
upgrade.
