if I try to replace oggmux with matroskamux:
gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=dirac.ogg ! oggdemux ! schroparse !
matroskamux ! filesink location=diracremuxed.mkv

It looks like its going well, but the CPU is just maxed out and nothing is
being written.

Using mpegtsmux works well however:
gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=dirac.ogg ! oggdemux ! schroparse ! mpegtsmux
! filesink location=diracremuxed.ts
