  GStreamer | gst-plugins-bad | Ver: git
Summary: Add timestamp capability to mpegtsparse
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-bad
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: vbordug at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Currenty mpegtsparse does is not aware of timestamps, which makes extremely
hard plain stupid streaming of mpeg-ts data. Moreover, in order to stream it,
we used to have to use at meast demux+mux, or even decodebin to fill in all the
timestamps in gaps.

Without patch, gstreamer just sends stuff as fast as possible, making whole
thing on rtp an oxymoron.
