Trying to use the FFMPEG plugin causes the following two lines to be printed
before the program crashes.  This is using the latest git version.

A sample file is available at
http://machintosh.net/mpegtssamples/vlc-output-1MB.ts that causes this
behavior.  I have attached the debug output.
