Tested with Totem 2.28.1 and GStreamer 0.10.25 in Ubuntu 9.10RC AMD64
Seek while playing a .ts file will take 5 seconds or half a minute to get the
picture going again, though the progress bar is still going.
Seeking with .wmv/.mpg files works fine.
