Right, maybe I was too fast, sorry.

But if you're *not* using pulseaudio, reverting that commit really can't make
any difference. Note: totem 2.28 uses PA by default if pulsesink can be loaded,
no matter what you selected for gconfaudiosink (e.g. in gstreamer-properties).

Mandriva might want to take this patch, we're using it for Debian:

So, are you sure that totem does not use pulseaudio? :)
