You're using the fluendo asf demuxer, so you'll have to report the issue on the
fluendo bugtracker.

I'm keeping this bug open nonetheless since that file is also failing with the
gst-plugins-ugly asf demuxer but in a different fashion.

The stream is ill-formed, and asfdemux seems stricter than fluasfdemux in that
regards so doesn't output anything (instead of outputting half-baked packets).
