Matt: I can't see a voice preset either (lame 3.98.2) - could you provide more
details? Could you also elaborate a bit on the use cases for gapless encoding
that you'd like to see supported?

FWIW, we have actually moved away from the 'provide a trizillion switches that
are not hooked up or supported properly or interact in odd ways' model and
would recommend the 'new' lamemp3enc plugin instead, which has fewer options.
