It is an mpeg4 simple profile stream coming from a verint nextiva s1970e
encoder
(http://verint.com/video_solutions/microsite.cfm?article_level2a_id=318), I
tried :

gst-launch-0.10 -v udpsrc port=2546 caps="application/x-rtp,
media=(string)video, payload=(int)121, clock-rate=(int)90000,
encoding-name=(string)MP4V-ES, profile-level-id=(string)1" ! rtpmp4vdepay !
ffdec_mpeg4 ! autovideosink
