Im doing the changes that you requested, at least the ones i can do :-). And i
got a little confused with this one:

All state changes? or some state changes? i think that reseting it when the
events GST_EVENT_NEWSEGMENT, GST_EVENT_FLUSH_START and GST_EVENT_EOS makes
sense....but all events it would not make sense...i think. I realized that i
have to define a finalize to the element too, so i can free the vad struct...it
would leak memory the way it is.
