The center frequency, 227Hz, is incorrect for band3 of the equalizer-10bands. 
It should be 237Hz, which is an octave above band2, and an octave below band4. 
I'm guessing 227 is a typo.

119 * 2 ~= 237
474 / = 237
sqrt (119*474) ~= 237.

All of the above convinces me that the correct center frequency for band3
should be 237Hz, not 227Hz.
