Just updated the branch. While it works for apps quite nicely, there are still
bugs:

The benchmark for "./capsnego -f audio" (default -d4 -c3) sometimes hangs. I
have taken many backtraces and can't see any caps function in there, so this
might be a bug elsewhere. I have not seen hangs in the video case.

Two unit test fail in -base. This is the bug I am right now looking into.
Definitely related to lazy caps. Using GST_DEBUG="GST_CAPS:4" (which print and
thus evaluates many caps 'fixes' the tests).
