This patch creates symlinks I found to be required for getting to build the
manual locally on the Cygwin platform.  This can be ignored.

This patchset fixes some typos and adds some missing links in the Application
Development Manual.

2. The second patch fixes a typo in the man page of gst-inspect.

3. The third patch is the main point of this bug :)
