Could you add a 

 g_print ("%s: func = %p\n", __FUNCTION__, func);

to both gst_debug_add_log_function() (ca. line 1053 in gstinfo.c) and
gst_debug_remove_log_function() (ca. line 1129 in gstinfo.c) and post what the
output is?
