I think would be very useful to add the http protocol to tcpserversink,
actually gstreamer tcp plugins works only on linux so there is no way for a
windows client to see such stream, if you add http protocol to tcpserversink
one can see for example multipart jpeg over http generated with tcpserversink
with any client on windows and linux,
