Having the GstTagReaderIface as a generic
GstMetaDataAndOrTagExtractionModeConfigurationInterface or
GstFormatParserModeIface would be nice to have. Another usecase where turning
off the tagreading and seeking would be to one shot playback (used for e.g.
ringtones on phone).
Should we track that as a separate bug?
