  GStreamer | gstreamer (core) | 0.10.x

Summary: When reading tags, gstreamer pass a complete date even
if there is only a "year" in the file
    Classification: Desktop
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.x
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gstreamer (core)
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: kassoulet at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
      GNOME target: ---
     GNOME version: ---

When reading the file's tags SoundConverter gets a complete date
(year/month/day) tag, without knowing which fields really were in the file.

This is a big deal, but when you can have one file with only the year present,
and you get a new file with a complete (but wrong!) date year/month/day in the
resulting file.
