Moving to core as the most important bits for this are there.

2 open points in these patches:

* Should we add a get mapped subformats to our xmp lib to provide a more
complete supported formats description?

* As we're adding a gst_tag_list_to_xmp_buffer_full I wonder if that should
also include the GstCaps for the format as I've seen some exif tags that are
for data that is usually on caps on gstreamer. The same might happen for xmp as
well.
