My guess is, that this frame is not pushed downstream because the deinterlacer
needs some fields before it can output anything, for the default method (iirc)
3 fields, i.e. 2 frames. And this is obviously creating problems for sparse
video streams :)

I don't know what the correct fix would be and there's a similar problem for
the last frame of every stream, which is not pushed downstream because more
data is needed to deinterlace it. Any ideas? :) Don't deinterlace them at all?
