Take 5 for adding -loop to gnlobject

Forgot to run gst-indent on loop.c

I think this addresses all of your previous comments.  Any feedback on adding
more rigorous tests are certainly welcome.  

Before this is really done, seeking needs to be addressed.  It will be easier
to test this portion once the adder element is sorted out.  The adder currently
discards the new segments.
