Summary: videoscale broken with orc 0.4.13
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: blocker
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: t.i.m at zen.co.uk
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

An orc bug most likely:

  gst-launch-0.10 videotestsrc ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=639,height=431 !
ffmpegcolorspace ! videoscale ! ximagesink

Resizing ximagesink leads to images that have very little to do with the input
image: sometimes it's basically all white with two horizontal blue bars of
different darkness at the bottom, and a single scanline at the very top that
looks like the videotest image.

The vertical size seems to make all the difference, not the horizontal size.
Depending on the vertical size it basically gives the original image with white
lines in the middle, and how much white lines there are varies.
