I made this caps limitations because I optimized OpenCV code for 320x240 and
352x288 resolution. It works fine with these resolutions. And I think I can
guarantee with this patch that motioncells works  fine. Maybe I can work on
this that we can remove this limitations and it will work with any resolutions.
But I need more time for this.
