A GstMultiFileSinkNext enum value is expected for the "next-file" public
property to control when to start a new file, but it's not documented at all.
Additionally GST_MULTI_FILE_SINK_NEXT_KEY_UNIT_EVENT would be Since: 0.10.31
then, while some earlier ones might be new at a certain version as well.
