Path to get basic seeking functionality working

Seeking is completely broken in tsdemux. This patch fixes the basic seeking
functionality, though it disables auxiliary search (looking for keyframe),
because it seems to be acting rather weird (i.e. it finds the keyframe *after*
seeking point)
