It seems that "Inglourious Basterds" is one title where it happens. My edition
has a menu to pick english/german/turkish and I don't get any menu navigation
here. Getting this error.

No conversion elements

In totem I can select "Go DVD Menu" and that makes it play the DVD (although
duration is 0 and I can't seek).
