Currently audioconvert doesn't handle all channel positions when mixing
different layouts but claims to do so... it simply ignores channels not known
to it.

This should be fixed by implementing conversions from/to all layouts by
calculating for every position the influence of all other positions to it
(using geometry) and creating a mixing matrix for this.
