Moves AC_SUBST(PYGOBJECT_REQ, 2.11.2) above  PKG_CHECK_MODULES(PYGOBJECT,
pygobject-2.0 >= $PYGOBJECT_REQ,

/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gst-0.10/gst/rtspserver.so
   /usr/share/gst-rtsp/0.10/defs/rtspserver-types.defs
   /usr/share/gst-rtsp/0.10/defs/rtspserver.defs
all fail to build because the correct version of pygobject isn't detected.
I'm attaching gst-rtsp-pygobject.patch which fixes it.
