It looks like the caps pushed by the audio decoder is rejected by the sink. I
tried the file here with Fluendo codecs and it plays fine.

That can be an issue with your sound layer, Alsa ? Pulse ? Or some unsupported
audio conversion, maybe audioconvert with the channel positions ?
