The file "test.vob" is the beginning of a much larger file originating from a
DVD. It is played properly by all major linux players (VLC, totem, mplayer and
ffplay) but totem-video-thumbnailer is not capable to generate a thumbnail from
it.

The problem can be reproduced with Ubuntu 10.10 using
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse version 0.10.25-4ubuntu2.
