0001-Add-new-option-dup-on-gap.patch v6

Changes in this patch:
- fixed some typos.
- function theora_enc_encode_and_push no can be used to encode only collected
buffers and empty queue.
- EOS will now encode last buffers.
- discontinuous is working even if dup-on-gap activated.
