Create a y4m file using:

  gst-launch videotestsrc num-buffers=100 ! y4menc ! filesink location=out.y4m

Play this in totem.  I get a "Failed to parse YUV4MPEG frame" error.  It plays
fine with filesrc ! y4mdec ! xvimagesink
