Found mpegtsdemux couldn't demux ES content at the end of TS stream. It misses
final several PES's content. However, ffdemux_mpegts won't.

Could use "gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=BA1_FT_C.ts ! mpegtsdemux !
filesink location=dump0.h264" and "gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=BA1_FT_C.ts
! ffdemux_mpegts ! filesink location=dump1.h264" to reproduce this issue.
