It's actually not right yet, in my testing with playbin2
uri=http://devimages.apple.com/iphone/samples/bipbop/bipbopall.m3u8 and tsdemux
ranked higher, I get tinypts at 10 seconds, and with no surprise, the pipeline
waits for 10 seconds before playback start. Thus I think there must be
something else to consider here.
