gst-inspect output message for Ver 0.10.11 and 0.10.12

After I update the gst-ffmpeg from 0.10.11 to 0.10.12, it cannot play .mp3
songs any more, the GST_MESSAGE_ELEMENT always report a message of:

missing-plugin: MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3) decoder
Warning: No decoder available for type 'audio/mpeg, mpegversion=(int)1,
mpegaudioversion=(int)2, layer=(int)3, rate=(int)22050, c
hannels=(int)2, parsed=(boolean)true'.

If I revert back to 0.10.11, it can play. Attached are what I log when running
gst-inspect liggstffmpeg.so for both 0.10.11 and 0.10.12
