The last log seemed to be truncated. There is nothing from pulse in there.

Also does it happen with just that particular mp3 or also with others?

You could also try using:
gst-launch filesrc location=/media/Toss_the_feather
s.mp3 ! mp3parse ! mad ! pulsesink
