Example deadlocking program.

The 'gst-launch -v filesrc location=test.mpg ! mpegpsdemux ! fakesink' shows
the expected sequence of buffers as output.

The same pipeline as program (gst_demux.c attached) deadlocks without any
fakesink handoff signals.
